Shipping Policy


We do not have control over customs and, therefore, cannot be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES​ (does not include weekends/public holidays):

  1. USA ~ 7 to 30 business days (tracking system available)
  2. Rest of the world ~ 15 to 30 business days (tracking system available varies) 

Delayed delivery - In rare instances, packages may take longer than expected. Unfortunately, we cannot control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en route, and we seek your understanding and patience should this happen.

In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there have been no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days. This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the end of the year (November to December months), during promotions, or in other instances.


As you know, processing time (4-6 business days) differs from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.

Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent forth to the post office)

Our dispatch shipping company will pick up your package after processing your order.

An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website. Processing Time - in rare instances, may take longer than the expected timeframe.

Processing time might take longer during busy times like holidays, promotions, etc. We do our best to deliver quickly and appreciate your understanding and patience during such events.


Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it after 30 minutes, as your order might have already been processed. Please email us at ​ ​ as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order you just made.


We are not responsible for packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address. 

If you notice a wrong or incomplete address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at ​ as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.

Once we process the order, we cannot change the address, and we are not to be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient addresses.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Customs fees are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.


In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the:- Certain items may be on back order- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office- Different designers/warehouse locations (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)​
